Type QSAB - Special alignment platform

Special alignment platforms are used where the loading problem cannot be solved with a serial product.
The photos illustrate examples of special problem solutions, e.g.:

ading and unloading of containers on supporting feet with an electro-hydraulic loading bridge attached to the ramp edge, with extension lip. Swivel motion is also hydraulic.
Alignment of level differences between the hall floor ( 0 mm) and truck level (max. 1600 mm) by means of height-adjustable access ramp. Length 10000 mm, width 2000 mm.
Loading and unloading scrap bales via 25000 daN alignment bridge.
Access for special mobile crane (50000 daN) in an assembly hall via an alignment bridge built in the ramp and front-attached, movable access wedges.

Other applications of special alignment bridges include the loading and unloading of containers on railcars of German railway company with an MBW line of rail and loading a jumbo trailer via special jumbo alignment bridge.
