Typ QABV - Alignment bridge with extension lip

The MBW alignment bridge with extension lip is usually used for loading trucks from the side, railcar loading and loading of containers.
The 4-button safety control supports separate switching of the following functions: Platform lift/lower and lip extend/retract.

Due to this exact positioning of platform and extension lip, this alignment bridge is increasingly used also for rear loading of trucks.
With the lip in position, the platform automatically adapts to changes of the truck platform position (floating position).
Integrated in the drive and control unit are important safety functions, such as hydraulic safety stop, emergency stop master switch and restart interlock.

This loading bridge is also delivered complete with rubber buffers, crane eyes, lateral guard plates with black/yellow alert marking and a filling
of oil.
